Terms
Plain terms for using waity.ai and the Waity API.
Information, not advice
Waity shows wait times posted by others. They can be wrong, late or missing. Waity is not medical advice and is not a promise of how long you will wait. For a medical emergency, call 911; don't use a wait time to decide whether to seek emergency care.
No warranty
Waity is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Waity is not liable for decisions made using it.
Using the API
- Keep to the daily limit of your key, and don't share or resell keys.
- Show the attribution that comes with each answer, and don't present Waity data as your own measurements.
- Don't present a missing, stale or forecast value as a current wait.
- Don't use Waity to overload, scrape around, or impersonate the places and providers behind it.
Waity can revoke a key that breaks these terms, and can change or end the free tier with notice on this page.
